Parking Fine Schedule and Enforcement

Please review the adopted fine schedule and enforcement procedures below.  NOTE: By law, any vehicle that is found illegally parked on the Westbrook property is subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense. Only HOA Board members are authorized to initiate towing at this time. Please direct any questions to support@hoawestbrook.com or submit a message at the bottom of this page.

Here are quick reminders:

1. Visitor parking spaces are to be used by visitors and have an 8 hour limit.
2. Parking on the sidewalk or the street is illegal. NOTE: Board members may give grace periods not to exceed 15 minutes. 
3. On Tuesdays (recycling, trash, and yard waste pickup) there is zero tolerance for illegal parking and cars will be immediately towed.
